What is the turnaround time on custom orders?

Turnaround time is dependent upon your geographic location and number of units being repaired. Once your order is placed and the items are received, the condition is assessed and you will receive an e-mail with an ETA. Our technical department has experience expediting repairs on mobile phones and tablets alike, By mailing in your devices, you agree to the acceptable ranges of completion times and authorize LCDTronics.com to begin a repair without further consultation. Any devices or hardware that is damaged beyond the point of repair will be mailed back to you along with your fully-functional refurbished devices.
